Welcome to Orzyn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orzyn website, applications, and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. What Orzyn Is — and Is Not

Orzyn provides a real-time human-presence verification signal. The Service:

• Confirms that a real human is present at the moment of verification using camera-based liveness signals;
• Issues a time-bound, cryptographically signed credential reflecting that signal;
• Computes a probabilistic trust signal to reach a pass/fail result — one input among many, not a certainty.

Orzyn does NOT:

• Verify the identity of any person (no name, age, citizenship, or other identifying information is verified);
• Guarantee future behavior or future authenticity of any person or account;
• Prevent fraud, deepfakes, account takeover, or any other malicious activity;
• Constitute a "Know Your Customer" (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or government-ID verification system.

3. No Guarantee Clause

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orzyn expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We make no representation or warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free, that any verification result is accurate, or that any credential issued will be sufficient for any particular use case.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You agree that your use of the Service, and your reliance on any verification result, is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on a Orzyn credential, score, or risk band. Platforms that integrate Orzyn are responsible for combining its signals with their own trust and safety systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Orzyn, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages for lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if Orzyn has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Orzyn's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid Orzyn in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent or defeat the verification process, including by using deepfakes, pre-recorded video, or automation;
• Sell, resell, or transfer your credential to another person;
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive others;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service except via our documented APIs.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
